RoleNorth uses AI-powered services (powered by Anthropic) to analyze your résumé and career data and generate personalized career intelligence reports. These AI services process your information to provide insights including skill health scores, automation exposure ratings, pivot path recommendations, and action plans.

We use this technology for AI insights, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and text analysis purposes.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active with us. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information unless we are required by law to retain it.

8. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% secure. If a security incident occurs that may have affected your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including within 72 hours under EU/UK GDPR.
